The GENIO Cashless POS system is a convenient, cost-effective & user-friendly solution for different business where the cash handling by the users should be mini-mized. For example, the children handling cash in schools is always a hassle for both parents and school authorities. Genio at school canteens and stores provides an effective solution to this.

A cash card or a wrist band is provided to each member or student which can be charged with cash. The cash charging can be done by paying the required money at the cash counter, or through online payment options. Adding funds to the cards is done in real time and the cash added is available for use at the POS straight away. The card account balances are held on a central database which allows cards to be blocked instantly in the event of any loss or damage of the cards. The system will send reminder to the parents or members when the available cash drops below a pre-set limit, so that he can charge it again.

The Genio POS terminal will be the front end of the system and will function like a normal POS machine where the customer can buy any items from the stores or can-teen. Instead of making payment by cash, the POS will have the option to accept multiple authentications to accept the payment through a cashless transaction.
